Сontrasts of Metaphors

The exhibition «Contrasts of metaphors» in the Gallery of Modern Art of Ukraine «Art-Kafedra» represents the creative search of domestic artists in the field of traditional art.

Twenty-six artists from different regions of Ukraine presented their works: a hundred and nine units and five pieces of painting sculpture. Realistic traditions Kiev schools, impressionist painting of Odessa, search in the sphere of decorativity rethinking comprehension of European and Ukrainian classics, postmodernist experiments combined with expositional row have produced an interesting panorama of individual technical means and concepts.
