Еros and Inspiration

The exhibition “Eros and Inspiration”, which is held in the volumetric halls of the Gallery of Modern Ukrainian Art “Art Department”, is built from the works of 18 artists representing different regions: Lutsk, Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Gorlovka, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Uzhhorod.

One of the most popular themes of world art is a large number of easel paintings, author’s graphics, a number of sculptures and installations by famous artists of the second half of the XX — early XXI -th century.  The exhibition project combines classically clear visual language and the experience of national traditions with the means of expression of modern art.

Each work pulsates with a keen sensuality of colors, permeability of plastic techniques. Сreating a particularly poetic atmosphere of human feelings and emotions.
